Membership.
Membership in the Program is open to who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their place of legal residence, Evixs in its sole discretion, has the right to allow, limit, or restrict participation by corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or any other person or entity. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.​
You must have a valid email address at the time of enrollment. Your Evixs account email address may only be associated with one Program member and one membership account. Individuals may not have multiple memberships.

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within thirty (30) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 10 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we may deliver our written response to that account. Alternatively, or if you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response electronically. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request.

Client Application and Program Eligibility
To purchase from Evixs, individuals or businesses must first apply and be approved as clients. Access to our products, pricing, and services is only available to approved clients operating under a designated client program.

Who Can Apply
Applications are open to individuals, Businesses, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, and other entities may also apply. Evixs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, limit, or deny access to any applicant. Applications are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Application Process
To become a client, you must submit a completed application form through our website. This form is used to evaluate your eligibility based on factors such as your type of business, operational area, purchasing needs, and alignment with our distribution capabilities.
Submission of the application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review by our team, and additional documentation or clarification may be requested.

Approval and Client Program Assignment
If your application is approved, you will be notified via email. Once approved, you will be assigned to a specific client program, which will outline the terms applicable to your account. These may include pricing structure, order volume expectations, delivery schedule, and other relevant conditions.
Client programs are tailored according to several factors, including location, business type, and purchasing capacity. Evixs will determine which program is most appropriate for your account and reserves the right to update or reassign programs as needed.

Delivery Area Requirements
Clients must be located within Evixs’s active delivery zones to qualify for standard delivery service. Applications from businesses or individuals outside our delivery range may still be considered, but approval will depend on logistical feasibility. If accepted, alternate terms and additional fees may apply.
