Evixs ships orders under FOB Origin terms (unless otherwise agreed in writing):

Once the goods leave our warehouse, title and risk transfer to the customer.

Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon receipt and filing claims with the carrier for any transit-related damage or loss.

Evixs will support customers with documentation for any such claims.

If an alternate agreement applies (e.g., FOB Destination), it will be specified in the sales contract or invoice.

7. Delivery Issues & Delays
If a delivery is delayed or tracking shows no movement, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected arrival date.

Evixs is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other external factors.

In the case of a failed delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), redelivery or return shipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photos and order information may be required to process a resolution.

If damage occurred during transit, the customer may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier depending on the FOB terms.
